To strengthen trust and safeguard sensitive data, I designed a confirmation flow prompting users on a 30 day cadence to reverify their contact information before receiving their paycheck. This feature, developed in alignment with the Trust & Safety team, ensured that paychecks were routed to the correct and most up-to-date accounts while protecting personal and banking information. The result was a seamless, user-friendly safeguard that balanced accuracy, security, and trust.
